SpendTrack provides online reporting for your Corporate Card Program Administrators and cardholders. At the core of SpendTrack is a robust administration component that allows Program Administrators to define and control user data and functionality. Even as your programs grow, change and become more complex, you gain the flexibility to roll out new features as they are needed. In addition, all of the SpendTrack modules are accessible through the same secure, easy-to-use web-browser interface.

SpendTrack's expense management module provides Program Administrators the ability to control, track and streamline the expense allocation process for payments made using the company’s Corporate Card Program. This tool automates expense approval and allocation workflow. Expense management provides cardholders the ability to review, edit accounting codes and submit expenses for manager approval. Data mapping allows the finance team to export transaction allocations and eliminate manual posting of cardholder expenses.

Accounting code segments and the order in which they are applied are defined, including cost centers, departments, projects and other allocation codes
Streamline expense report creation and expense allocation for each cardholder
